Fertility care can be daunting and a difficult topic for many to face. And for some, access to fertility care is out of reach due to cost or simply where they’re located – 1 in 7 women have to travel more than 60 miles to access fertility services¹. At Oma Fertility, we want to make taking the first step – and the entire fertility journey – easier for families, so we offer Virtual Fertility Care, providing families facing infertility access to the most advanced fertility treatments, no matter where they’re located.

How does it work?

With Virtual Fertility Care, we coordinate your treatment so you only need to visit your Oma clinic for some key milestones. Many of the steps in the treatment journey can be done from the comfort of your home or at a clinic local to you. Oma doctors leverage technology to connect you with them as if you were sitting in the same room.

  • Virtual visits: Virtual visits allow you to save time and be flexible. We can use virtual visits for your initial consultation, to present your recommended treatment plan, and answer questions.

  • At-home or local testing: We can send you at-home testing kits or you can visit a local partner lab for any of the initial tests that help us devise your recommended treatment plan.

  • Local monitoring: We’ll work with a local provider to coordinate ultrasounds for monitoring throughout your treatment. Our fertility doctors and care teams communicate directly with the local care provider.

  • Clinic visits: Only visit an Oma Fertility clinic for key milestones or procedures, which means you’ll only need to physically visit in-person up to 2 times through your journey.

Who is it for?

Virtual care gives you access to the most advanced fertility care no matter where you live. While not all services are eligible for virtual care, many of our most common treatments are perfectly suited for this option.
