I am originally from San Francisco, California where I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Speech and Communications from San Francisco State University.

I worked as practice coordinator for over 2 years at the Urology department at UCSF Medical Center, helping patients affected with male factor infertility.

This led to my work at UCSF’s Center for Reproductive Health where I specialized in legal, compliance, regulatory, finance and patient experience. For over 13 years, as the Cryopreservation Manager,  I helped patients with the shipping, storage, and disposition of their cryopreserved embryos, oocytes and sperm.

The part of my job that I am most passionate about are the relationships that I build with patients and their families. I have two daughters and I want to be able to help others achieve the goal of creating a family of their own.  I look forward to using my 15 years of experience to help guide patients through their fertility journey at Oma, providing knowledge and support during challenging times.

In the same place, I was the embryologist lead of Asian Egg Bank where I build experience in oocyte vitrification, cold-chain logistics and solutions, and customer quality control and assurance communication. I was part of the team for almost 6 years.
